A deposit of one nights rent will be required to confirm booking. Balance payable 15 days in advance of arrival.
Everything except the initial deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days before your arrival. If cancellation is within 7 days, money paid will be applied to a future stay unless we can re-let the property within that time in which case all monies paid would be refunded to you.
We will not take advance reservations over 6 months out.
We do take last minute bookings if house is available.
Payments by personal check, money order or cash only. We do not take credit cards.
