A deposit of one nights rent will be required to confirm booking. Balance payable 30 days in advance of arrival.
Initial deposit will not be refunded if you have to cancel. Balance of monies paid will be refunded if we can re-let the property or you may apply it to a future stay.
We will not take advance reservations over 6 months out.
We do take last minute bookings if house is available.
Payments by personal check, money order or cash only. We do not take credit cards.
