History

The Ensminger house was built in 1903-1904 by Frank Relling.

The Rock Creek area was once a small but booming mining town that was washed out when an earthen dam burst and flooded the town in 1917. The house survived the flood and is one of the few remaining structures from this era.

Amy Ensminger purchased this home around 1930 and it has been in the family ever since. The home has been updated and is owned by her first great grandson.
